In 2011, Signature Properties opened in downtown Kingsport. The company started small with only eight agents and the desire to give back to the community. The mission of Signature Properties is to give back to our area, both with physical and fiscal contributions. That's why a portion of every commission is given to the charity of our client's choice. Today, Signature Properties has donated over $165,000, added a second location in Johnson City, TN, grown to over 40 agents, and expanded the list of services to include Auctions and Property Management. With these additional services, Signature Properties is now one of few full service agencies in the region. Our success is due in large part to leadership from owner, Shirley Warren. By providing a safe place for each agent to hang their license and call home, she has created an environment where agents can thrive and give their best to each and every client. We continually strive to increase our charitable giving, expand our ever growing family of Realtors, and help our community. Signature Properties has donated to over 140 local and national charities including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Second Harvest Food Bank, Friends in Need, and The Horse Affect just to name a few. The company has also donated our time and labor to Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, and the Salvation Army.
