When I am not helping clients with their needs, I am finding homes to bring back to life. For "vacation" I love to travel doing mission trips to build homes for families in need in 3rd world countries. My most recent trip was to Guatemala where I helped build a home start to finish for a family without. I love my work and I have been told it shows. I find myself wanting to know the ins and outs of every aspect of real estate, including lending terms and laws, metro codes for housing, historic zoning laws, title and escrow, market patterns and movement, and anything else that could help my client find not only their next home but feeling completely informed along the way of anything that might pertain to their decision.
